Cost is normally $200 for a 10 week term plus 2022 Membership and Insurance is now covered by the club. Credit Card, PayPal and AfterPay options available. In a small number of circumstance parents are permitted in the venue for this class to allow younger children to become used to their environment however under NSW Government rulings all over 16yr olds must be double vaccinated and be wearing a mask. MiniGym is a class suitable for 4 and 5 year olds not yet at school. MiniGym is a FUN-based class for both boys and girls and suitable for beginners. It is structured around the concept of FUN, bringing with each week the opportunity to learn new skills, and enhance those that they have been learning. They will explore gymnastics through games and circuits involving bars, beams, floor, mini trampoline, vault and a variety of other shapes and specialised gymnastics equipment. Suitable for those who spend more time on their hands then on their feet!! This is a 1hr class for children only, no parents or carers in class. It is a multi-movement program where children learn to move and move to learn. Each session is directed towards empowering your child with the skills and confidence to hang and swing, spin, balance, skip, climb, throw, crawl and jump. Being involved in physical activities of all kinds has an amazing effect on toddlers. But gymnastics in particular has specific benefits that parents want to make sure their toddlers are developing. In participating in MiniGym gymnastics classes, your child benefits by developing: Vestibular – sense of balance Proprioception – understanding space and position Social Skills – taking turns, sharing, peer interaction Classroom Skills – listening, following directions, staying with class Active Play – establishing exercise is fun Confidence – learning new skills, encouragement Courage – overcoming fears, trying hard things Strength – use/development of muscles Flexibility – stretching Foundation – preparation for future activities
Terms and Conditions of Enrolment: Classes are available only while places permit. All gymnasts must pay the annual compulsory registration and insurance fee. Term Class Fees are strictly on a term basis and are nonrefundable. Makeup classes are available for any missed lessons. Makeup classes must be booked with North Coast Gymnastics and taken during the current term. Makeup classes will only be considered where prior notice has been given for absence from regular class. By booking this class you agree to pay the term class fee on or before the due date. North Coast Gymnastics can perform services and/or contract with suppliers for the above described items or services. By attending the first class you also indicate understanding of estimates, prices, terms and liability to North Coast Gymnastics for said items or services. North Coast Gymnastics reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. You agree that you are liable to pay for the applicable term fee, where you have been granted placement approval. Withdrawal from the class/es applied for will only be considered where a written request has been received within 7 days of attending your first class. You agree that you understand should your child withdraw, or be asked to leave, for any reason other than in the refund policy, you will be liable for the FULL term fee. Refunds will only be considered for members moving from the area, that have sustained a medical condition preventing participation (medical certificate required) or are under financial hardship (evidence required). A change of mind in attending the class will not be eligible for consideration for a refund of term fee. Assumption of the Risk and Waiver of Liability Relating to Coronavirus/COVID-19: The novel coronavirus COVID-19 has been declared a worldwide pandemic by the World Health Organisation. COVID-19 is extremely contagious and is believed to spread mainly from person to person contact. As a result, Federal, State and Local governments and Federal and State Health agencies recommend physical distancing and have, in many locations, prohibited the congregation of groups of people. North Coast Gymnastics has put in place preventative measures to reduce the spread of COVID-19; however North Coast Gymnastics cannot guarantee that you or your child or children will not become infected with COVID-19. Further attending North Coast Gymnastics could increase your risk and your children's risk of contracting COVID-19. By booking this class, I acknowledge the contagious nature of COVID-19 and voluntarily assume the risk that my child or children and I may be exposed to or infected by COVID-19 by attending North Coast Gymnastics and that such exposure of infection may result in personal injury, illness, permanent disability and death. I understand that the risk of becoming exposed to or infected by COVID-19 at North Coast Gymnastics may result from the actions, omissions or negligence of myself and others including but not limited to program participants and their families. I voluntarily agree to assume all of the foregoing risks and accept sole responsibility for any injury to my child, children or myself, including but not limited to, personal injury, disability and death, illness, damage, loss, claim, liability or expense of any kind that I or my child/children may experience or incur in connection with my child/children's attendance at North Coast Gymnastics or participation in North Coast Gymnastics programming (“Claims”). On my behalf, and on behalf of my child/children I hereby release, covenant not to sue, discharge and hold harmless North Coast Gymnastics, its employees, agents and representatives, of and from the claims including all liabilities, claims, actions, damages, costs or expenses of any kind arising out of or relating thereto. I understand and agree that this release includes any Claims based on the actions or omissions of North Coast Gymnastics, its employees, agents and representatives, whether a COVID-19 infection occurs before, during, or after participation in any North Coast Gymnastics program.
