FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
WHAT CLASS SHOULD MY CHILD DO?
You should have a look at our Term Timetable to see all the types of classes and what age is suited to each class. You can see more information on a class when you go our Book Online section including the price of the class you're looking at. The price shown will be for the Term Fee only. An annual Registration and Membership will also apply at your first booking for the calendar year. For non competitive classes this is only $60.
CAN MY CHILD DO A TRIAL CLASS?
As we can only make staffing decisions based on the number of Term enrolments for each class and ensure we provide suitable physical safety as well as meet COVIDsafe capacity rules we do not offer trial classes. All recreational classes are on a 10 week Term booking basis. If you qualify for a viable reason to withdraw from a class you may apply for a refund of fees less any classes attended. Each application is assessed on a case by cases basis.

CAN I STAY TO WATCH CLASS?
Under the current COVIDsafe rules parents and carers cannot enter the venue. You are asked to drop your child off at the front entrance and collect from the back exit (carpark area off Paul Jones Lane). You are able to remain in the carpark area throughout class. We provide the ability to be able to see class from the exit roller door offering good viewing of the entire venue. Should your child require your attention we will most certainly advise you and allow access if necessary. Coaches will bring your child to the exit area for collection at the end of class.
WHAT SHOULD MY CHILD WEAR OR BRING TO THE CLASS?
Your child should be dressed in active wear style clothing e.g. tight fitting t-shirt and leggings or sports shorts for boys with NO zippers or buttons. Bring socks to use on the trampolines and a drink bottle of water with your child's name on the bottle.
