Bring your little ones for a fantastic day out at a fully equipped gymnastics centre.

Our KinderGym Accredited coaches will lead them through loads of fun play based activities to help them explore.

Sessions are typically 60mins long or you can design your own

  • Each session is directed towards empowering children with the skills and confidence to hang and swing, spin, balance, skip, climb, throw, crawl and jump.

  • They will explore gymnastics through games and circuits involving bars, beams, floor, mini trampoline, vault and a variety of other shapes and specialised gymnastics equipment.

  • Being involved in physical activities of all kinds has an amazing effect on toddlers.

  • Gymnastics in particular has specific benefits that parents want to make sure their toddlers are developing. In participating in gymnastics lessons, children benefit by developing:

  • Vestibular – sense of balance Proprioception – understanding space and position

  • Social Skills – taking turns, sharing, peer interaction

  • Classroom Skills – listening, following directions, staying with class

  • Active Play – establishing exercise is fun

  • Confidence – learning new skills, encouragement

  • Courage – overcoming fears, trying hard things Strength – use/development of muscles

  • Flexibility – stretching

  • Foundation – preparation for future activities

Our coaches provide lessons with a basis for solid development of very important “senses” and skills, an amazing bonus to learning to do the physically demanding and challenging movements on beams, bars, mats, and trampolines.
